Position: Lettings Manager
Role Overview
RSM Properties seeks an experienced and dynamic Lettings Manager with a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and team leadership. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving our lettings operations forward, significantly enhancing our property portfolio through strategic sales initiatives, superior customer service, and effective lead generation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Development: Direct the lettings department with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Business Expansion and Lead Generation: Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, leveraging a proven track record of generating leads to significantly enhance the company's property portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, facilitating seamless integration and superior service standards.
- Sales and Performance Management: Motivate the team to surpass sales goals through innovative strategies, exceptional customer service, and effective lead generation methodologies.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning: Analyse market trends to set competitive rental rates and provide insightful investment advice, backed by a solid understanding of lead generation metrics and success.
- Compliance and Industry Best Practices: Ensure adherence to property laws and best practices within the lettings industry, promoting a culture of excellence and ethical standards.
- Financial Oversight and Management: Oversee financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting, employing advanced tools like Xero and sophisticated spreadsheet techniques.
- Property and Tenant Relations: Work closely with property managers to ensure high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction are consistently met.
Candidate Profile
- Proven Experience and Success: Demonstrated success in a lettings management role with a particular emphasis on sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and team leadership.
- Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to plan strategically, analyse market data, and leverage lead generation techniques to identify and exploit market opportunities.
- Leadership and Team Motivation: Outstanding leadership qualities with a proven track record of motivating teams towards achieving excellence in sales and customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced computing and spreadsheet skills, proficient in financial management software and CRM systems.
- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of property law, the lettings process, financial management, and the significance of effective lead generation in driving business growth.
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: £25,000.00 - £33,000.00 per annum, complemented by performance-related bonuses.
