The position: You'll be supporting our Maintenance & Operations Team, working closely with a friendly team to keep things running smoothly. Expect exciting challenges and rewarding experiences with AHS as we grow together! We value ambition and can't wait to hear your ideas.

We are looking for a motivated, home-based, bilingual individual (French-English with any other European language as a bonus):

  • Start date: as soon as possible.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour weekly contract.
  • Work arrangement: Fully Remote
  • Location: United Kingdom
  • Permanent freelance position: Applicants should be willing to register their own limited company within 3 months & file their own taxes with HMRC.
  • Salary: From £24,000/year and according to experience.

As part of our Maintenance & Operations Team, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Housekeeping – organisation of schedules of the teams at different locations.
  • Maintenance – organisation of different repairs, liaising with real estate agencies, technicians, and guest service. teams, and property managers.
  • Operations - Pre-arrival documents, quality & safety checks.
  • Damage reports, quotes and insurance claims.
  • Quality Support for audits.
  • Stock control & replacement – furniture, household items, welcome kits, etc.
  • IT: Adding work orders and maintenance tasks into our PMS (Property Management System); updating and altering operations modules in the system; configuring automatic emails and reports; helping create new automatic processes to help us work more efficiently.
  • Accounting tasks: Liaising with the accounting department for invoice payments.

Your required qualifications include:

  • Bilingual in French and English (both written & verbal). Any other European language as a bonus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and ambitious.
  • Highly organised and able to work with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening & negotiation skills.
  • IT skills: MS Office, CRM, and previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS) would be helpful. Open-minded attitude towards new technology; interested in further developing and improving our PMS/systems.
  • Team player with great communication skills.
  • Would suit an enthusiastic graduate with basic logistics knowledge and administrative skills.
