We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Maintenance Systems Coordinator to help streamline our scheduling processes, enhance system usage, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
As the Maintenance Systems Coordinator, you’ll use your technical expertise to manage our scheduling systems, organise team resource, and respond to client needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital IT tools, thrives on organisation, and values excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Use our CRM systems and scheduling tools to organise projects, track progress and maximise operational efficiency
· Coordinate diaries for staff and internal teams, ensuring all jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely and effective manner.
· Prepare quotes for new jobs and assist in converting quotes into active projects, managing the details from initial request through to delivery.
· Schedule health and safety services such as fire panel servicing, gas certifications, and PAT testing.
· Communicate with customers on feedback from completed jobs to help build relationships
· Work with our finance team to ensure accurate billing and prompt payments, maintaining a smooth financial process
· Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team
Requirements:
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
· IT and systems proficiencies
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask in a busy environment.
· Experience working in the maintenance sector would be advantageous
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable and meticulous, with strong attention to accuracy.

Job location: Bowerham, Lancaster
Working hours – Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, 30 mins break
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 – dependent on experience
