Managed Accounts Administrator (Social Care)
Huyton, Merseyside (Office-based)
£26,520 per annum
35 hours per week

We’re looking for a Managed Accounts Administrator to join KDC North West, supporting disabled people and those with long-term health conditions to live independently.
This is not a typical admin role — your work will directly help people manage their care funding safely and with confidence.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and reconciling client accounts with accuracy
- Allocating Direct Payments from Local Authorities
- Processing invoices, payments and insurance renewals
- Monitoring client contributions and financial compliance
- Supporting audits and reporting
- Acting as a key contact for clients, families and professionals
- Responding to queries via phone and email
What we’re looking for
ü Strong numeracy and attention to detail
ü Good Excel and IT skills
ü Excellent communication and customer service
ü Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
ü Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Desirable:
- Financial/admin experience
- Social care, charity or local authority background
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults
