marketing account manager **MUST HAVE LEGAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE**
As the dedicated marketing account manager to a selection of our professional services clients, you will need to be able to identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to meet their organisational and strategic objectives. This is a busy role so you will need to be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
main job responsibilities
· Build strong and effective relationships with clients, update regularly and deliver performance reviews in timely manner
· research and create marketing strategies and tactical action plans for clients
· manage and coordinate all marketing activities for your clients derived from the agreed strategies
· conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services
· analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
· develop and implement marketing plans, email campaigns, and projects in line with organisational objectives
· write content including blogs and case studies for the business and for clients
· expand and develop marketing platforms
· manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
· monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
· report on return on investment and key performance metrics
· create and present marketing topics to internal and external audiences
· liaise with media and advertising
· monitor industry best practices
· support junior team members
· attend networking events as required and support business development opportunities
· write multiple social media posts and schedules for clients and create visuals using Canva or other design tools
· be able to upsell where the opportunity arises
person specification & experience
· CIM or equivalent qualification/experience
- digital marketing: 3 years (preferred) - to include the ability to plan, implement and report on digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Analytics and social media
- marketing: minimum 4 years (required)
- professional service marketing: 2 years (required) - have worked in the legal sector
· outgoing, approachable and team player
· excellent relationship builder
· a can-do, flexible attitude
· willingness to speak at seminars and training sessions
· ability to travel to clients with occasional overnight stays
hours & pay
- salary up to £43k pro-rata, depending on experience (plus bonus scheme)
- flexible from 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday) over a minimum of 4 days
- part-time or full time, permanent
- work from home available and office working
- 20 days holiday (pro-rata) + 8 bank holidays
