Salary: £27K - £30K + Sales Performance Team Bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our marketing team, focusing on video production, short-form content, and digital storytelling.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content from idea to delivery, working closely with the wider marketing team. You’ll collaborate on content planning while taking ownership of your own projects, helping us expand and improve our video and digital content output.

You’ll be working with both the internal team and suppliers to produce content that showcases products, educates and engages with customers, and strengthens our brand within the professional audio, lighting and AV industry.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Content Creation

• Plan, create and deliver long-form video content for YouTube
• Produce short-form content (Shorts / Social Clips) to support campaigns and generate customer engagement
• Contribute ideas for content that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches and supplier activity
• Write scripts and plan shots, ensuring content is clear, engaging and on-brand
• Film and produce content, working both independently and alongside the wider team
• Ensure all content reflects the quality and positioning of both the Leisuretec brand and the leading manufacturers we represent, maintaining a high standard across all video output
• Edit video content using Adobe Premier Pro

Content Planning & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports wider campaigns and aligns with overall business objectives
• Collaborate on content planning, while taking ownership of your own projects
• Develop consistent and effective content output across video and digital channels

Supplier Coordination and Product Content

• Liaise with suppliers to organise demo equipment and product access for content creation
• Ensure products are presented accurately, effectively and professionally within all content
• Ensure that the creation of content aligns with supplier campaigns and brand activity

Written Content & Website Integration

• Create supporting blog content to accompany videos on our website
• Ensure content is structured and presented clearly for our customers

Photography & Event Support

• Support photography at tradeshows, events and in-house projects
• Capture content that can be used across our marketing channels
• Assist with content creation at key industry events where required

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in video production and editing, ideally in a commercial or content-focused role
• Strong skills in Adobe Premier Pro (or similar editing software)
• Ability to create content from concept through to final delivery
• Practical experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, with an understanding of how to achieve high-quality results
• A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and improve content output
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills, particularly when planning shoots and coordinating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and price in producing high-quality content
• A good understanding of how creative content supports marketing and brand growth

Desirable experience

• Real industry experience in audio, lighting, AV, or technical products
• Hobby background in photography or videography
• Experience shooting content at events or on location
• Familiarity with YouTube and short-form video platforms
• Experience writing blogs or supporting written content
