Full job description
Why this role exists
Plumfield is growing, and with that comes the need for more intentional, consistent and creative communication.
We’re creating a brand-new Marketing Executive role to take ownership of how the practice presents itself across print, digital and patient communication. This role will ensure everything we produce feels aligned, thoughtful and recognisably Plumfield.
This is an opportunity to step into a role with real creative ownership from day one.
The role
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the creative output of the practice, from social content and printed materials to email campaigns and patient communication templates.
This is not an agency-style production role. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, bring ideas forward and elevate the quality and consistency of everything we put out.
You’ll work closely with the whole team, but have autonomy in how work is delivered.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and producing print materials (posters, flyers, campaigns, in-practice visuals)
- Managing social media content and visual direction
- Creating and maintaining email campaigns and templates
- Supporting patient communication design and tone
- Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
- Bringing creative ideas for campaigns, launches and initiatives
- Supporting internal communications visually where needed
- Helping evolve and refine the practice brand over time
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong eye for design, layout and detail
- Can balance creativity with clarity and consistency
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Is proactive - brings ideas, not just execution
- Understands brand tone and visual identity
- Is comfortable working independently in a part-time role
Skills & tools
You should be confident using:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar)
- Canva
- Mailchimp (or similar email platforms)
- Social media content creation tools
What makes this role different
- Brand-new role with creative ownership
- Flexible hours and working pattern
- Opportunity to shape how the practice presents itself
- Close collaboration with the whole team
- Variety (print, digital, campaigns and brand development)
Why Plumfield
- People-led, growing private practice
- Supportive leadership team
- Space to bring ideas and make a visible impact
- A practice that cares about quality, including how it communicates
