Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Executive.

This is a full-time role working within a small dynamic team of specialists and with clients that are typically industrial / tech. businesses.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be driven to help deliver successful marketing campaigns
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Be passionate about PR, digital marketing, social media and SEO with a thirst to develop skills and knowledge
  • Be personable and professional in client communications
  • Be easy to work alongside, with a positive, can-do attitude

Skills & experience

  • Good working knowledge and experience of marketing in B2B sectors
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Efficiency, organisation and the ability to stick to deadlines
  • Possess at least two years’ of marketing experience in-agency or client side
  • Proven copywriting experience


  • Be front line contact for Molokini clients working alongside Account Managers
  • Attend client meetings (virtual and face to face), and provide daily telephone support
  • Deliver work to agreed processes to deadline and client requirements’
  • Proofread print / online materials
  • Support with content tasks (depending on experience)
  • Monitor and manage B2B client social media channels
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports
  • Telephone contact with editors, suppliers and advertising executives
  • Support for press events as needed

  • This is currently a hybrid role in Worthing, West Sussex, UK. The expectation is for you to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Monday and Friday WFH). This is kept under periodic review and may change in the future.
