Job Title: Massage Therapist

Location: South Glasgow, G42 9HN

Salary: £92 - £150 / day or up to 39,600 FTE / year [on target earnings]

Hours: 18 to 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced massage therapist passionate about helping clients relax and rejuvenate their minds, body, and soul? If so, Healing Point Aromatherapy Massage & Wellness is looking for you!

We are a Massage and wellness centre based in Glasgow. We specialise in various massage treatments, including traditional Thai Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and much more! We're a fun, passionate and tight-knit team who aim to exceed expectations and deliver a five-star service.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Massage Therapist for our growing wellness sanctuary.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous massage experience. The successful candidate will have a VCTC Level 3 Certificate in Massage or an equivalent qualification and be trained in Deep tissue massage or Sports massage techniques.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. You'll be required to offer professional and engaging service to our guests while maintaining a clear and neat working environment.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

Provide an exceptional guest service experience by performing massage and body treatments
Generate sales by recommending and/or up-selling products and services
Resolve guest concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
Follow and ensure compliance with all corporate and safety policies/procedures
Participate in special projects, events and promotions as required
Strict adherence to all Health & Safety training and guidelines
Perform any other duties, tasks and assignments as required
Looking after the cleanliness of treatment rooms and premises
Be nice and friendly to colleagues and clients

This is for a self-employed position . We will consider applications from massage therapists who can work between 18 - 40 hours per week. Shift times range from 8 hours daily, Monday to Sunday.

What we offer

You can earn a flexible income of £92 - £150/ per day (pro-rata), with the potential to earn up to £39,600 per year based on your sales performance. In addition, you will also receive full tips directly from clients. Plus, attendance Bonus: £10 per working day per rota for non-absence in a calendar month.
