To continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate person to join our team as MRO Internal Sales, in our north Tyneside office.
The Role
Reporting to your line manager you will effectively build and develop relationships with the customer and Supplier base, processing Quotations and Orders. Carrying out a variety of office duties as required.
What we need:
- Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and SOS Team Members.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and suppliers.
- Organised and timely responses to internal transactions, ensuring a smooth-running operation.
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence in a timely manner.
- Answering phones and responding to client request and enquiries.
- Supporting the Wider SOS team.
- Any additional tasks required.
- Customer Service experience.
- From an MRO/Industrial Supply background highly preferred but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Working hours:
Mon – Thur 8.00am - 4.30pm
Fri 8.00am - 2.30pm
