NURSE QUALIFIED DEPUTY MANAGER – NORBURY COURT CARE HOME

38.5 HOURS PER WEEK - £23.50 PER HOUR

INITIAL 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE BUT THIS MAY BE EXTENDED

You’ll find us a stone’s throw away from the bustling city of Sheffield. Norbury Court is a lovely, modern purpose-built home with beautiful gardens for our residents to enjoy.

Some of the key responsibilities for our deputy managers are :

  • To support the Home Manager with the management of the Home, with a particular emphasis on leadership.
  • To ensure that an excellent standard of resident care is set, delivered and maintained at all times.
  • To take the lead for quality and improvement in care delivered in the home

The ideal candidate will;

  • Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives
  • Have an active NMC PIN with prior nursing experience
  • Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
