NURSE QUALIFIED DEPUTY MANAGER – NORBURY COURT CARE HOME

38.5 HOURS PER WEEK - £23.50 PER HOUR

INITIAL 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE BUT THIS MAY BE EXTENDED

You’ll find us a stone’s throw away from the bustling city of Sheffield. Norbury Court is a lovely, modern purpose-built home with beautiful gardens for our residents to enjoy.

Some of the key responsibilities for our deputy managers are :

To support the Home Manager with the management of the Home, with a particular emphasis on leadership.
To ensure that an excellent standard of resident care is set, delivered and maintained at all times.
To take the lead for quality and improvement in care delivered in the home

The ideal candidate will;

Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives
Have an active NMC PIN with prior nursing experience
Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
