Our Horsham Farm School Nursery is based on a working farm with animals - such as chickens, quails, rabbits, guinea pigs - that children interact with and help to care for daily. We are in search of several Qualified Early Years Practitioners/Educators to join the team at our beautiful nursery.

What type of person do we look for? Someone with…

  • Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification
  • Great passion for child development and a good working knowledge of the EYFS 0-5 years or keen to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
  • A sense of humour, common sense, and a ‘can do’ attitude!
  • Masses of drive, ambition, and energy!
  • A determined, persistent, and resilient person, who approaches and overcomes challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to learn about the Reggio Emilia approach.
  • Passion for forest school and outdoor learning.

Important information:

  • Our nurseries operate 51 weeks per year, from 7.30 am - 6 pm. We do not offer school hours or term-time only positions.
