## Overview
We are seeking an Assistant to our Directors to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
## Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a tidy and organised office space
- Utilise Xero for basic financial tasks
- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competency in computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Xero for basic financial management tasks
