    • Production & Workshop Management
    • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery and high-quality standards for both production and bespoke projects.
    • Monitor and manage production KPIs, using our CRM and MS Office tools.
    • Ensure robust Health & Safety practices, conducting risk assessments and accident investigations as required.
    • Change & Restructuring
    • Support the General Manager and Directors in implementing restructuring plans, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining team engagement.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to support the new business structure and future growth.

    • Encourage a mindset of “there is always a better way” across the team.
    • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and open communication.
    • Support business development and strategic planning activities.

    • Proven experience managing or supervising production in a metal fabrication or similar workshop environment.
    • Experience leading teams through change, ideally with exposure to business restructuring.
    • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and a track record of embedding a safety culture.
    • A commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
