Aquamare Marine Ltd is a trusted partner to multiple luxury boat manufacturers and we are asked to provide an installation, commissioning, and repair service both locally and further afield. We also offer a range of services to private customers and whether its retrofitting, maintenance or servicing our engineers are tasked with providing a consistent and high-quality service with a ‘right first-time approach’. We are looking to grow our engineering team and are looking for candidates that can adapt their existing skills to work across multiple marine systems and provide an industry leading service to our clients and customers.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within the organization. This position requires a strong focus on administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining efficient office procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operations

· Sunseeker invoicing – OPAC commissioning and glass attendance.

· Create good working relationships with suppliers and customers – customer and supplier support, email and phone.

· Project tracker maintenance.

· Co-ordinate travel tracker.

· Manage OPAC portal for Sunseeker.

· File all OPAC and PYL delivery notes.

· File delivery notes for ordered items – Planus and CEM.

· Upsell our services and recognizing the opportunities to do so.

· Cover Ge-Op when needed – operating the system to ensure engineers have full schedules each day.

· Purchasing goods and shopping online for the best price.

· Processing of quotes, invoicing, purchase orders, goods in/out, staff travel and telephone enquiries.

Operations Admin

· Being the first point of contact for inbound calls

· Action inbound customer calls and liaise with the Operations Team

· Data entry onto the CRM system

· Monitor and Action emails across various inboxes and channels.

· Invoice completed works on Xero.

· Coordinate and book travel

· Data entry onto the various trackers we keep

· Organize and book travel.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following:

· Previous marine experience

· Experience of working with Seakeeper, Opacmare
