Your working week will be varied but typical roles and responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the Web Order & Operations Mailboxes
- Data input and processing Orders
- Processing Customer & Supplier Returns
- Project Support
- Customer Invoicing
- Provide the Operations Manager and wider team with administrative support.
Skills Required:
- Highly Organised
- Good Communicator
- Basic skills using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail
- Logical thinker
- Ability to manage and prioritise

Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English at 4/C or functional equivalent or ability to work towards

Things to consider:
- Must be able to commute on a daily basis to employer as well as to Totton College
- This is an office-based role
Job Types:
Full-time 45 hours/week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Other bonuses:

- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- We are closed from Christmas Eve and re-open on the first working day in January.

Apprenticeship Information:
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Much of the training will be undertaken "on the job", supported by regular visits from a qualified assessor. There will also be a requirement for you to attend workshops on a regular basis.
NB. This is an apprenticeship position within Carlin Ltd. All applications are being processed via Totton College.
