Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this role, you will deliver high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Please Note: This position is not suitable for individuals already working full-time (Monday to Friday). Working seven days a week is neither sustainable nor ethical. We value work-life balance and are looking for someone who can commit to part-time hours without risking burnout. If you currently work full-time, we kindly ask that you do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

Operate carpet cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Assess carpet condition and choose the most suitable cleaning methods.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice.
Travel to various job locations, ensuring safe transport of all equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and work areas.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.

Requirements

Previous carpet cleaning or cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential — full training provided.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (English fluency required).
A valid driver’s licence is essential (must be 25+ for insurance purposes).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Physical capability to handle manual work, including moving and lifting equipment (60kg)
