Location: Market Harborough (In office, not hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

We are a dynamic wealth management firm that provides comprehensive financial advice to both individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a Practice Manager to join our team.

The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wealth management practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on clients' financial well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the practice, including administrative functions, parapanning and client service
  • Co-ordinating with your team to ensure client meetings are well prepared for
  • Supervise and support a team of 5 providing guidance, training, performance feedback & helping with any issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value
  • Calling and booking meetings with prospective clients
  • Plan and execute client events
  • Monitor the pipeline diligently and provide weekly updates on progress with a focus on high priority cases
  • Provide Management Information to the Directors during weekly meetings
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with wealth management software platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
