Production Kitchen Chef

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role with the occasional weekend to accommodate peak seasons and events.

This role reports to the Production Kitchen Manager. You will part of a new team that makes deli items and cakes for both of our sites. We are looking for individuals with a passion for food and are willing to learn as well as share their knowledge.

Daily duties will involve making and preparing orders to send to Flourish deli counters and cafe's, batch producing recipes to spec and helping the Production Kitchen Manager design seasonal products.

Key criteria / responsibilities:

Food preparation following standards set by the Production Manager.

Keep the kitchen clean to maintain our 5* EHO rating.

Be a team player.

Be calm under pressure.

Have a passion for food.

Kitchen experience is desired but not essential.

Hours between 7am and 4pm with no split shifts.

Please ensure you can travel to Flourish at Farleigh, located just outside of Norton St Philip (BA27NG)
