Job Description

Within the framework of plant organisation, is the senior manager responsible for one or more autonomous production zones used by several shift teams, with an aim to produce end or semi-finished products in a technological environment.

Duties

· Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements

· Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions

Required knowledge, skills or experience

· Utilizing knowledge of production to enhance, improve and maintain planning and quality of production

· Excellent problem solving/analysis

· Positive leadership required

· Communication skills verbal and written

Additional Information

Location: Peterlee

Hours of work: 3 Shift Rotation

· 7am – 3pm

· 3pm – 11pm

· 11pm – 7 am

Rates of pay:

· £36,162 + shift premium
