Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of Site Management. You will be responsible for ensuring site performance and progress meet contractual requirements cost effectively and on time.
Reporting into the Construction Manager, this permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to make an impact on the business and our clients, and deliver projects from conception to completion.

What We Ask For:
Meldrum Construction Ltd is looking for a strong leader who personifies our Core Values and leads by example. You must be client focused and result-driven, in addition to being approachable, flexible and responsive to change.
Experience of managing projects valued between £8-15million is essential .
A degree in the relevant field of construction (or equivalent qualification) and in-date SMSTS, CSCS Managers and Professional card and First Aid is also required.
