The Role

As a Project Manager at Eckoh, you will take full ownership of delivering multiple global projects, varying in size and complexity. You will lead projects end-to-end, from initiation and scope definition through to deployment and handover, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned to our quality standards.

You will define clear project scope and build robust delivery plans aligned to Eckoh’s standardised SaaS model. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will shape and validate requirements, ensuring technical, functional, and business needs are clearly defined and delivered.

Partnering directly with clients and third-party suppliers, you will ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly into complex customer engagement environments. You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholders, maintaining momentum and resolving issues quickly.

You will own change control across your projects, ensuring all scope, commercial, and timeline impacts are formally assessed, documented, and agreed. You will safeguard delivery integrity by balancing customer needs with contractual commitments and business objectives.

You will oversee application development, telephony, and infrastructure deliverables across global Agile teams, driving collaboration to achieve rapid, high-quality deployments into our cloud and hosted environments.

With strong commercial awareness, you will maintain governance, financial control, and transparent reporting. Using Eckoh’s project delivery tools, you will provide clear updates, manage budgets effectively, and ensure successful outcomes for both Eckoh and our customers.

Key Experience Profile:

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a variety of technical/software projects, with the ability to absorb the new leading-edge technologies and products we create and consume.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to flex style and work at all levels within the organisation from individual contributors to executives.

You will possess a strong working knowledge of successful business practices, and you will be used to working with Agile Project Management methodologies with a tendency towards the analytical.

Key Skills:

• Experience of Cloud technology is desirable.
• Agile Project Management certifications.
• Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced use of MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and set direction.
• An analytical approach to problem solving, proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair our team's abilities to meet strategic technical goals.
