Full job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor working in the Reinforced Concrete Frames Division. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting, and producing monthly valuations. They will oversee the financial aspects of construction projects and work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and control.

Job role requirements

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
  • Experience in producing / agreeing monthly valuations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Relevant qualifications / experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Working knowledge of NEC3/4 is vital for this role.
