  • Basic Salary £23’500 (negotiable depending on experience) Plus Uncapped Commissions starting at £4000per annum (Min OTE)
  • Full Time – Monday – Friday 9am-5pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am-130pm (time off in lieu on any week a Saturday is worked) (35hours a week)

Belvoir Swansea are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer/Lister, to join our expanding Sales Department.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and customer service orientated. Experience in this role is essential, as is a positive, can-do attitude.

We believe in a good work/life balance for our team, and for this reason our standard full time hours are less than most of our competitors, at 35 hours per week. This not only improves our team's hourly rates, but also provides them with much needed downtime within a fast paced and demanding industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Dealing confidently with valuable Vendor and potential Vendor leads;
  • Carrying out sales valuations, and winning business over the competition;
  • Generating new business through effective monitoring of the local market and prospecting;
  • All elements of property listing – including taking property photographs; producing property particulars and creative marketing;
  • Dealing with potential buyers and carrying out property viewings;
  • Negotiating offers to secure Property SSTC;
  • Progressing sales from offer through to completion;
  • Improving on all KPI’s and reporting on these weekly and monthly;
  • Referring business to our partner agencies;
  • Guiding our Vendors and Buyers through the Sales process in an informed manner, where customer service as at the forefront;
  • Providing an informed service to our clients,
  • Working to increase market share for the business

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least 2 years of experience within this role or similar;
  • Has experience in dealing with Residential Sales;
  • Has excellent negotiation skills;
  • Has a proven track record of converting business, hitting and over exceeding targets;
  • Has the ability to multitask and is confident working under pressure when needed;
  • Is comfortable and motivated to work independently towards their own goals, while maintaining a team ethos and working towards the team and business objectives;
  • Takes pride in their work and consistently goes above and beyond for their clients;
  • Works with integrity and accountability, we promote openness and honesty at Belvoir;
  • Has a passion for delivering the very best in customer service;
