Property Photographer

Planography LTD provide high quality marketing services for estate agents, designers and other property professionals.

This is a fun, unique and flexible job and we are currently looking for an individual to take photos and produce floor plans and virtual tours within the Fife/West Lothian/West Edinburgh regions.

You will primarily work on your own or with another team member for larger properties and will be responsible for shooting and editing your own work. You can liaise with our diary manager to ensure your workday runs smoothly and you will get to enjoy a great deal of autonomy.

We are happy to consider either a part-time or full time position for the right candidate as we have a very flexible approach to working hours. This position may also be of interest to freelance photographers looking for a guaranteed income whilst still leaving them time to pursue other projects.

The starting salary is £25,000 to £27,000 PA pro rata depending on experience and we are committed to yearly pay reviews. This position is permanent and there will be opportunities to get involved in alternative work such as drone operation, video and staging. Salary increases will be dependent on performance and your development within the role.

You will be compensated for travel following the official HMRC rates, currently paid at 45p per mile up to the first 10,000 miles and 25p a mile thereafter.

Please note that for this role you must have a full, clean driving license and own a car. You must also agree to undergo a basic DBS background check.
