Quoting & Technical Advisor (Kitchen Sales)

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Service and Quoting Team as an Estimator/Technical Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing kitchen quotations, giving technical & design advice, processing orders and providing excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure precise Quoting and Order Processing within a specified time frame

· Respond to customers pricing & Technical enquires via phone & email in a professional and timely manner

· Continually seek to improve technical knowledge in relation to plans/drawings & products to provide support for customers on technical queries

· Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to maintain healthy working relationship

· Work with the Customer Service Team and Quoting/Technical Team to bolster customer relationships to retain and grow business

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

· Work with other internal departments to ensure provision of excellent customer service to customers

Qualifications and skills:

Essential:

· GSCE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grade C or above

· Proactive mindset with determination to meet sales targets

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Adaptable with the ability to learn new skills

· Willingness to learn and open to feedback

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Honest & approachable nature

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Kitchen products and kitchen design

- Previous experience in a estimating or quoting

- Ability to read from technical plans or drawings
