Full job description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our visitors, callers, clients, and employees ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our organisation.
Responsibilities:
Visitor and Client Experience:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests and concerns from visitors and clients.
- Provide accurate information about the company, its services and its personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying and data entry to support the Customer Care Department.
- Utilise computerised systems such as Google Suite for various administrative tasks.
Telephone Duties:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Screen and direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly.
- Assist callers with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate resources.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a clear and articulate telephone voice.
- Proficiency in office procedures and equipment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures for smooth office operations.
- Data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed.
- Proficient in using Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management.

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
