An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary & Receptionist to join this established firm of Chartered Accountants in North-West London.

The Role
As front-of-house at Mouktaris & Co, you will project a professional image and provide secretarial support to a team of 10 professionals and our clients. The role requires a dynamic, organised and tech-loving individual with an affinity for company law.
Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and emails to clients in the UK and abroad
- Typing letters, reports and professional documents
- Maintaining company statutory affairs using cloud technology, including company incorporations and corporate re-organisations (directorships, shares...etc)
- Client on-boarding and maintaining client databases using cloud software
- Operating online banking, including paying approved invoices
- Carrying out reception duties, being the first point of contact for clients and handling post and disbursements with the assistance of a PA
- Leveraging technology to enhance business product and service lines for our clients, including cloud accounting
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PA and secretarial skills, including (i) accurate typing; (ii) comprehension and interpretation of documents; and (iii) experience with MS Windows, Word and Excel (including MailMerge)
- Good understanding of company statutory requirements and secretarial good-practice (preferred, though training will be offered)
- Understanding of procedures relating to client engagement and billing
- Conscientious, super organised, and with excellent attention to detail / Smart and professional / Strong work ethic and sense of ownership / Sensitive to varied customer personalities and needs / Technology savvy and willing to learn new tools
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative role in accountancy or law firm preferred
