As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

· manage a pool of active candidates and understand each of their needs in terms of work requirements and develop a strong working relationship with each of them.

· proactively manage your designated clients through regular contact to ensure that you are fully aware of their needs for experienced healthcare professionals.

· Develop new business through pro-active development techniques to source suitable work for your bank of candidates.

· arrange and attending client meetings to discuss existing and future requirements.

· identify and place suitable candidates into suitable vacancies.

About you

You must be a confident self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills. You must be able to work well within an extremely goal-focussed team which places customer service and hard work at its core.

You must be a proactive, forward-thinking individual, who truly knows how to “think outside of the box” to generate more business opportunities for you to generate temporary healthcare vacancies.

You will be required to demonstrate your abilities to engage and influence people through excellent communication skills. You must be passionate and motivated to learn about Hallam Medical and our capabilities to grow within the Healthcare Sector.

Salary is negotiable, with an OTE of c.£40,000.
