Regional Account Manager

Established in 1892, Swan Mill Paper Company is a UK leader in the manufacture and supply of quality tableware, catering disposables and Christmas crackers produced under the Swantex brand as well as own label.

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to represent our extensive brand portfolio in the South West Region. You will have regional responsibility for a number of partner distributers within the region and will be challenged to achieve volume, turnover and sales objectives. You will collaborate with both new and existing customers to achieve maximum exposure for our product range and to achieve business aims, whilst also generating new business.

You will be experienced in Account Management with strong negotiation and influencing skills that demonstrate your past successes. Ideally you will have experience from the food service industry or FMCG, although this is not essential, but experience in structured selling to distributors and the Excel skills required for this are essential.

We are looking a strong and confident communicator who is pro-active rather than reactive in managing all aspects of their portfolio. You should have a clean, driving license, and ideally a good geographical knowledge of the area.

For the right candidate we can offer a salary from £40k to £45k plus bonus, a company car and fuel card. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday, company matched pension up to 8% and subsidised private healthcare.
