We are looking for an engaged Regional Sales Director to join and lead our multimedia commercial team, working in the heart of the communities we serve. We want someone who gets a buzz from hitting targets and who relishes the opportunity both to work with and motivate the team to achieve fantastic results, and is also happy to find, lead and run local key accounts.
Based out of our Devon market the role will see you working with our commercial team members and businesses to help promote them reaching the growing multimedia audiences utilising the inventory across our brands serving key markets of Newton Abbot, Kingsbridge, Tavistock and Crediton.
We are looking for a self-motivated leader with a willingness to coach and developing a sales team to reach their true potential. You will have proven experience at finding new and innovative ways to create leads, minimise account churn and to leverage sales opportunities. You will love to network and be willing to integrate and represent our business in the local business community – Whilst not essential, an existing knowledge of the Devon market would be a bonus.
Ideally, you will have some experience within the media business and with building successful long term relationships with the local community, but if you are highly-motivated, ambitious and hungry for success then other B2B experience will be considered.
You’ll be expected to be an inspirational proactive leader who is prepared to lead and manage by example. You’ll be expected to create business plans, motivate and coach team members and drive our commercial success and profitability in the local business.

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
