Responsibilities
Booking in Internal & External Repair Orders
Creation of workcards for the repair & manufacturing process
Process completed internal & external repair orders ensuring correct paperwork is passed to Team Leader for sign off
Provide information to Team Leader on open repair order status
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist Team Leader in control of stock levels of contracted repair items to meet requirements of operational teams
Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Experience
Similar experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Be detail orientated
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Self motivated and proactive
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
Computerised Inventory Control experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
