The Opportunity

Our client is an established law firm looking for highly motivated conveyancers that are comfortable handling volume work. The firm is the biggest independent specialist conveyancing firm in the South East.

The Role

We are looking for a conveyancer who can confidently run 65-85 live cases with the help of a legal assistant. The matters will be a mixture of freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, unregistered and new builds.

As mentioned, you will receive legal assistance as required and should be comfortable working at with a volume caseload. We also have a post-completions team who submit all SDLT returns and submit the application for registration.

The Candidate

You should be a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual that is driven to succeed with previous experience in a similar role handling a volume residential conveyancing caseload.

Although not essential, a CLC/CILEX/SRA qualification would be a benefit.
