Full job description
Eden Mobility is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Head of Retail Operations to lead and optimise our growing network of retail locations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will take strategic ownership of retail operations within your region, driving commercial performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding both our retail and rental services while delivering high-quality mobility solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & team development: Mentor and develop store managers, building a high-performance culture and equipping them with the skills to drive operational success.
- Commercial performance & growth: Develop and execute strategies to optimise sales performance, maximise revenue, and achieve ambitious KPIs across all locations.
- Customer experience & brand standards: Ensure a consistently outstanding customer journey by implementing best-in-class service practices and responding proactively to customer insights.
- Operational excellence & compliance: Oversee store operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strategic planning & business development: Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement regional growth strategies, with a strong focus on increasing rental volume and market share.
- Financial & budgetary control: Manage regional budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence.
- Market Insights & competitive advantage: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and business expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales and leadership within a customer-focused, sales-driven environment.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving sales growth and business performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, fostering collaboration across all levels.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
