    Job Title: Sales Administrator

    Location: Head office, TN9 1EX

    Hours: Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

    In the role as sales-administrator you will be a key representative for Lili Waste in providing first line support for the Sales Department. You will be responsible for helping the sales team manage sales delivery and customer expectations through helping facilitate administrative work and organising important information related to sales. The role will combine responsibilities and competencies from both sales and administrative work, and you will be confident in both these areas.

    You will oversee processing orders, taking payments, uploading contracts, answering customers' questions and providing after-sales support. You will be detailed in executing and managing contracts and sales agreements, as well as ensuring that orders are accurate, helping improve and streamline the overall efficiency of service delivery.

    You will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are uploaded correctly and liaise with operational staff to confirm service scheduling and bin delivery timeframes as met. You will be knowledgeable of the present situation and will help determine service delivery delays, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

    You will be first point of contact for new customers in providing them with information on service specifications, scheduling and delivery details; and in answering any questions they might have. How you handle new set up enquiries is a major aspect of our customer service delivery and will help boost a positive reputation for Lili Waste.
