Sales Assistant

The Role:

The Briarwood Products sales team are looking for a professional, dynamic, friendly individual to help them drive opportunities, reach monthly targets and celebrate success.

The role will mean you will be dealing with commercial customers and members of the public, either over the phone or over email, providing exceptional service to our customers and to the other departments within the company.

The right person will have a professional manner and need to have excellent customer service skills, a sense of humour and be able to work in an open plan office amongst lively colleagues.

Main duties involved:

· Effective processing of customer quotes and orders

· Handling customer queries and payments

· Advising customers on technical matters

· Following up customer quotes

· Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation
