About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong, trusted relationships with care organisations. This B2B role is focused on engagement across the health and social care sector, where you'll work supporting senior management and deliver tailored solutions. In this position, you'll be representing not just our products, but the business, championing our values, vision, and service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new care providers and service organisations through networking, cold outreach, and digital research
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Share insights and best practices within the wider sales team

- Proven success in sales, this must be able to demonstrate experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
