Sales Representative

Due to a very exciting stage of growth and development, we’re now looking for a confident, passionate, and motivated sales representative with a proven track record within the welding equipment supply chain. Our unique business model provides an unrivalled service delivery in the region, making this a great opportunity for the right candidate.

The Candidate

· You will be hungry to succeed and confident in face-to-face meetings

· Have a positive, solution driven mindset

· Ambitious

· Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan and execute their own schedule, reporting directly to the technical director

· Be comfortable working independently and from their own initiative to achieve mutually agreed targets

· Able to transition between internal and external roles

Responsibilities

· Managing and growing existing customer base

· Achieve company sales targets and growth plans

· Stock control scheduling

· Assisting with logistical challenges

Qualifications and Experience

You should ideally have formal sales training, however knowledgeable candidates with industry experience and a track record of success in the welding industry will be considered.

· Minimum of 2 years industry based sales experience

· Experience within an engineering discipline highly advantageous

· Have a proven track record in lead generation and development

· Formal sales training

· Full UK driving license
