About the Role

McColl’s Travel are looking for reliable and friendly drivers to operate dedicated school transport services.

This role is ideal for anyone looking for part-time, structured work during school term time, with a consistent routine each day.

Working Pattern

Typical daily duties:

  • Morning: 07:00 – 09:00
  • Afternoon: 14:30 – 16:30

Between runs, you are free for your own time — making this role ideal for those with other commitments.

Typical weekly hours

16–20 hours per week (term time only)

Pay

  • £14.85 per hour
  • Paid evenly across the year (including school holidays)

  • Driver CPC (or willingness to renew – support available)
