Full job description
STAR CABS LTD are looking for a vibrant, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Part Time School Transport Administrator.
We would consider Job Share for the right applicants.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for working within our school transport department dealing with the daily running of our school transportation service.
The individual will also be required to assist on a number of other systems relevant to daily business operations. Support will be required with our finance, private hire bookings, health and safety, licensing compliance, and GDPR and confidentiality systems.
Job description
· Liaise with clients, carers and staff,
· Processing invoices
· Processing paperwork
· Checking and processing vehicle documents
· Supporting the management team where needed with the administration of office functions.
· Communication with a variety of customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
The successful applicant
Ideally you would possess the following skills however we are open to consider a more junior candidate who has the right attitude and personality as training will be given.
· Worked in an administrative role previously
· Have excellent communication and organisational skills
· Is computer literate, especially with email, excel & word.
· Full, UK clean driving licence held for minimum 1 year and be over age 25 for insurance purposes.
· A willingness to attain a West Suffolk Taxi License
· A willingness to attain a basic understanding of safeguarding
· A high level of attention to detail
· Ability to work within a small team or on their own.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
