Join Our Bakery Team
We’re looking for a talented Senior Baker to help lead our bakery, working alongside our Head Baker and kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality breads, cakes, and pastries.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support daily production, motivate the team, and step up to lead when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the bakery
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring efficient workflows
- Produce high-quality baked goods to company standards
- Step into a leadership role in the Head Baker’s absence
- Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and organisation
- Work closely with kitchen, café teams, and wholesale customers
