Senior Car Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ‘Senior Car Sales Executive’ to join our well-established and family-run team at Ken Hope Motors.

This role has become available due to the retirement of our long-standing General Manager, making it a rare opportunity for the right candidate to step into an important position within a respected and successful business.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic motor trade professional who can bring proven sales experience, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Joining our established sales team, you will benefit from a large and loyal existing client base, an excellent reputation within the local community, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a busy dealership environment.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting the sales team to achieve targets and maximise performance
Delivering outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to handover
Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA regulations
Maintaining high standards across the showroom and forecourt presentation
Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Assisting in the day-to-day management of sales operations within a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous motor trade car sales experience (essential)
A strong track record in vehicle sales and customer retention
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to motivate and support a team
A professional and customer-focused approach
A passion for the automotive industry and delivering results
