The Role

We are looking for Full time Senior Care Assistant to work closely with the management team and responsible for the supervision of the care assistants. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for the care and support of those who live with us, as well as supporting your team during your shift. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be providing support and companionship to our residents, ensuring they are safe and comfortable and living their best life with us. You will be updating care plans and some other admin duties. You will be following a detailed person-centred care plan ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care. This is your chance to make a positive impact on people's lives, and progress your care career at the same time.

For you as a person we are looking for someone who has a friendly personality, can make someone smile and who will endeavour to provide the highest quality of care to those who live with us. Alongside that we are looking for someone who is great at communicating, has an abundance of empathy and compassion and who has a positive, can-do attitude, who can inspire and encourage others. We take pride in our care community and the care we deliver, and we are looking for someone who will ultimately share the same values as us. If you are the right person for us, we will be pleased to provide you with all the training you require to strive in your role.
