  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, temporary works requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Identifying and resolving engineering and construction challenges on site.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Producing and reviewing technical reports, progress updates, as-built records, and engineering documentation.
  • Supporting programme planning, risk management, and commercial decision-making.
  • Mentoring and developing Graduate and Site Engineers.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or be actively working towards chartership.

  • Excellent setting-out, surveying, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and current health and safety legislation.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage engineering teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
