Who we’re looking for
Are you a Senior Graphic Designer with experience in e-commerce, fashion or lifestyle brands who has a proven track record of producing digital content that drives brand recognition and growth? We are looking for a proactive team member with exceptional design skills who is able to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
As a senior member of the team you’ll collaborate across departments, mentor more junior team members and play a key part in our creative output. In this varied role you’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to manage graphic content, producing assets that communicate our brand messages and align with our commercial and strategic objectives including:
- Owning brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across channels
- Developing digital assets across web, email, social media and paid channels
- Overseeing and creating assets for all major design projects including seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives (e.g. packaging, brochures, icon etc) across retail, wholesale and marketplaces
- Mentor / manage junior team members to maintain brand coherence
- Design impactful creative content focussing on performance, optimisation, engagement and brand storytelling
Essential skills
- Qualified graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and marketing design across digital channels, in particular newsletters and websites
- Proven experience leading multiple creative projects simultaneously and delivering on reactive briefs and tight deadlines
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout design, message hierarchy and colour theory, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience creating print ready artwork
- Ability to visually communicate our brand story, come up with innovative designs and ideas, and ensure consistency across all brand channels
- Excellent communicator
- Strong organisation skills (e.g. file naming and image management)
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics
- Video editing
- Art Direction and content creation (e.g. creative product photography)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design
- Passion for ethical brands and sustainability
- Illustration

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £39,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
