Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Are you a highly experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to share their expertise? Then this could be the role for you.

As our Mechanical Design Engineer, joining our current team of 6, you will take ownership of the design for the mechanical systems, from concept through to manufacture, and as we grow, we want you and the role to grow too!

Some of your key duties will include:

• Working closely across engineering disciplines to develop effective integrated solutions
• Creating detailed mechanical drawings and diagrams
• Preparation of Technical file documentation and assisting with the O&M Manuals
• Regular liaison with customers on product requirements and progress made
• Actively contribute to the day-to-day learning and development of junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.

What do you need to hit the ground running in this role?

You will be great as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Logan if you share our passion for clean energy. You will be proficient at performing supporting calculations, expert in 3D CAD design and working with a multidisciplined engineering team. As well as being great at personal project management and maintaining a commercial focus throughout your designs whilst keeping standards high.
