Job purpose

If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Service Active Department. Due to the awarding of the long-term contract within the public sector, which has over 1000 sites nationwide and 4500 assets across those site, a minimum of 12 engineers are needed across the country to ensure that all automatic doors, shutters, and gates are working at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience in the sector, a drive to provide a quality service and an attention to detail and customer service.

Duties and responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible within a wider team for performing preventative and reactive maintenance across all assets. This will ensure the systems are fully functional and safe to use, and any necessary upgrades are recommended to the client.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

ADSA accredited
3 years working on automatic doors and shutters
UK Driving Licence Desirable
DHF Qualification

The rate of pay we are offering is between £38,000- £50,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, based on a 40 hour working week.
