Watsons Building Services Ltd – Service & Maintenance Department are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Service & Maintenance Department.

The department is responsible for booking in Planned Maintenance and Reactive Breakdowns / Emergencies as well as liaising with various Mechanical Sub-contractors.

The role of Service & Maintenance Administrator is a vital role, responsible for:

· Booking in Works for our team of Engineers and Subcontractors.

· Liaising with Clients, Suppliers, Sub-contractors and Engineers.

· Producing Job Reports and Quotes to be sent to Clients.

· Chasing Quotes with clients to see if they wish to progress

· Dealing with Inbound Telephone Calls & emails

· Keeping the Internal System fully up to date with works

· Supporting the Service & Maintenance Manager

The above is not an exhausted list, but gives an indication into the type of works that you will be doing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Plumbing & HVAC Industry (or similar). However, this isn’t essential as training will be provided.

You will need to be organised, level headed, able to assess situations as they arise and make informed decisions. Able to work under pressure is key, as no one day is the same in the department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,201.00 per year
