Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an opportunity to drive growth, improve service levels and lead a team in the fast moving renewable energy sector? LPS Personnel Solutions are seeking on behalf of our client a proactive leader to manage their service business, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will oversee the scheduling of field engineers and subcontractors, manage service operations and play a key role in improving customer communications. You'll also be responsible for achieving financial targets, recruiting staff and developing new processes to enhance profitability and quality.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and schedule service and installation engineers and subcontractors
Handle inbound service and breakdown calls, ensuring prompt responses
Improve customer communications on service jobs, escalations and projects
Enhance engineer efficiency and review performance with the Operations Director
Lead the service business to meet financial and quality targets
Recruit and develop team members to support business growth
Ensure MCS record compliance and represent the business during audits

What we're looking for:

Experience managing both internal and external staff in a service based business
Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong leadership skills to drive change and business growth
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Background in renewables, HVAC, plumbing or electrical services is required.
