Chrissy Bales is an internationally renowned luxury wig brand, with our flagship studio based in St John's Wood, London. We are professional, agile, and customer-centric, dedicated to providing an exceptional luxury experience to our clientele.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, alongside the ability to create compelling and visually engaging content that resonates with our high-end clientele.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is part-time, 4 days a week (28 hours per week)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective social media strategies and a content calendar across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Assist in creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives, including graphics (carousels), videos (reels, stories, and shorts), and written posts.
  • Write SEO-optimised captions to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Use shared social media data to inform feedback on key metrics performance to refine content strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, including reels, carousels, posts and stories.
  • Proficiency with social media editing tools, including CapCut, InShot, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
  • Experience utilising analytics platforms, such as Meta Business Suite.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
